Rush Poker Not Patentable - Everyone Pile On
Whether you loved or hated Rush Poker, you will probably not
get it rammed down your throats. The InstaDeal Poker Network is about to release its own
version of the game and have revealed that Full Tilt was
never able to patent the concept. What this means is that within the next year or so, expect
to see many more sites jump on the "Rush Poker" bandwagon. But of course it won't be called that.

Bwin.Party to Try and Take Over the Online Poker World
Many months ago, I made a prediction that when online poker
becomes legalized, Bwin. Party will become the #1 site in all
of online poker[[sitetree_link,id=13]]. That prediction is looking more likely than ever to come
true after Bwin. party announced a partnership with MGM and
Boyd Gaming that will create a new US online
poker [[sitetree_link,id=596]]conglomerate once poker is
regulated in America.

KGC Demands DOJ and UB Conclude Negotiations
Looks like the Full Tilt Poker press release writer got a
new job working for the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. The following was the press release sent out by the KGC on
Friday:
"Since the actions taken by the US Attorney's Office for
the Southern District of New York (the SDNY) on April
15, 2011, the Commission has been in close and regular
discussions with its licensee, Blanca Games Inc. (Blanca), operating as Absolute Poker and UB. com
(AP/UB), to facilitate the reimbursement of both US
and non-US players.
