Murder at the LAPT
Joran van der Sloot, the main suspect in the Natalee
Holloway murder, is now wanted in connection with the murder
of a young Peruvian girl which happened over the weekend,
exactly 5 years to the day. The news is breaking worldwide today and it is being said
that van der Sloot was in Peru for a poker tournament. The
girl was found in his hotel room in Lima, Peru and there is
video footage of the victim and suspect at the Atlantic City
Casino where Poker Stars Latin America Poker Tour is being
held. Many of the reporting sites are calling him a poker player
saying he's been traveling the poker circuit and was
planning to attend the LAPT stops.
WSOP Coverage Day 6 - Nolan Dalla's Prop Bet Epic Fail
Day 6 of the WSOP is plugging right along. The final table
of both the $1,000 and $1,500 NL Holdem are both underway. One of the final tables is on the feature table right in
front of the media booth and the rail is rather close to the
tables that are still playing the six-handed event. The reason I mention this is that there has been an extended
discussion between two of the Harrahâs staff members
about the rail.

WSOP Day 6 - Mizrachi Wins First Bracelet
Itâs Day 6 already? Other than the fact that my legs
ache, it doesnât really seem like that it has been six
days since the WSOP has started. Clearly that is the case
because the $50,000 Playerâs Championship concluded
last night. Michael Mizrachi came back from a big hole to
take the most coveted prize at the WSOP outside of the Main
Event. If you would have told me at the beginning that a Mizrachi
would win this event, I would have said âRobert
Mizrachi?â I would have laughed at you if you said that
Michael would win.

LAX->DEN->LAS->LAX->IAH->MGA->IAH->LAX->WSOP
Yikes so in the last 30 days that has been my schedule! LA
to Denver to Vegas and back home, pack, Houston to
Nicaragua and back home again to pack and head to the WSOP. I'm getting a late start on Vegas but the Nicaragua trip was
well worth it. Nicaragua was my first non-poker related trip in almost 3
years! Aside of course from a weekend home to visit fam or
friends. What do I do while in Nicaragua? Surf, volcano
board, eat $8 lobster, drink $1 beers, and of course find
the biggest poker fanatics in the country and play in their
home game.

2010 World Series of Poker Day 4 2nd Update - Classic Photos So Far

really hasnât been any off the wall stories to tell. The $50,000 Poker Playerâs Championship is now in the
money. Andy Bloch was the first player to bust after the
bubble burst.

2010 World Series of Poker Day 4 - Girls, Girls, Girls
Some days at the WSOP are slower than others. This happens
to be one of them. While it is true that there are four
tournaments going on, that doesnât always mean that
there are lots of interesting things going on. Day 2 of both
Event #3 and Event #4 are underway.
