2010 World Series of Poker Day 4 - Girls, Girls, Girls

Some days at the WSOP are slower than others. This happens to be one of them. While it is true that there are four tournaments going on, that doesnât always mean that there are lots of interesting things going on. Day 2 of both Event #3 and Event #4 are underway.
Event #3 just made the money. Vanessa Rousso cashed but busted before I could get over there to take any pics. The Omaha Hi-Lo Event is grinding right along. I am sitting in the media tower just above where Phil Helmuth was sitting. He busted and exited so quietly that nobody knew about it until I spoke up and said he was out.
I strolled through Event #5, the $1,500 NL Holdem, and noticed several women in the field. Since this is the Year of the Woman, I figured that this would be the âPost of the Woman.â So, for your viewing pleasure, here are a few women spotted either playing today or around the Rio.
The first was the lovely Erica Schoenberg. One has to wonder why David Benyamine let her go.
For you Tiffany Michelle fans, here is a shot of her.
The ever classy J.J. Liu was sporting one of her customary hats.
Kathy Liebert and her âdeer in headlightsâ look.
Here is some random girl.
Another random girl from Day 2 of the $1,000 NL.
I was taking a quick break in the hall and noticed I was across the book booth. (Right, I just âhappenedâ to take a break there.) Anyway, here is another shot of whom I call the âReading is Fundamentalâ girl.
As far as interesting happenings today, while over in the $1,500 NL, Greg Raymer moved over to the table I was walking by and I overheard the following brief exchange.
Random Player: Oh hey. You're that famous guy aren't you.
Raymer: Yeah. You recognized me, so I must be famous.
Of course, that doesn't beat what a fellow colleague just did. He is covering the WSOP for another site and passed this players wearing âI busted a Full Tilt Proâ t-shirt. He said that the guy was kind of scraggly looking and wondered if he was a player with a screen name on his site. It then occurred who it was. It was Full Tilt red pro Huck Seed.
Anywho, play continues here at the 2010 WSOP. Hopefully I will be able to bring you some more interesting news later on or maybe âtit cam girlâ will show up. Stay tuned to pokerjunkie.com as we keep you abreast on the 2010 World Series of Poker.
