2011 WSOP Commentary - Is This Really the End for Doyle ?
It is very possible we have seen the end of an era in
tournament poker. Before the beginning of the 2011 WSOP $50,000 Poker Player's
Championship, Doyle Brunson stated the following on Twitter:
TexDolly @PokerLawyer *Thanks, you might be watching my last
tournament. If I don't play well (up to my standards), I may
retire from tournament poker. *
Doyle made it to Day 2 of the event, but failed to make Day
3.

The 2010 WSOP on ESPN has Officially Kicked Off
So for the first time in probably three years, I watched a
first run episode of the 2010 World Series of Poker on ESPN. Â Tonight was the Poker Player's Championship episodes
where Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi took down his first
every WSOP bracelet. I won't lie. Â The main reason I watched was to see if
they got some shots of me around the Rio.

Poker2Nite Cancelled
It appears the Poker2Nite is no more, or at least according
to the twitterâs of Joe Sebok and Scott Huff. Poker2Nite was a poker news program that started on Fox
Sports Net and then moved to Versus for season 2. The
program was cancelled due to sponsors not renewing according
to a twitter from Huff. I wish I could say that this was shocking.

8 Smoking Hot Poker TV Hosts
This list does not discriminate, and bluntly includes almost
any chick hostess who have ever presented a poker game. Why? Because the casting crews of Poker After Dark, The
World Poker Tour etc. are just that good. For some reason,
it is in the wondrous world of poker the most beautiful
television personalities can be found.
HSP6: Gus Hansen Really Bad at Counting
After Phil Hellmuth left High Stakes Poker in a hurry, Gus
Hansen went on joking at his expense. Thing is, Gus fails at counting to ten (30 seconds into the
clip):

Gus Hansen: âDescribe Phil Hellmuth in ten words or
less.
