The Journey Begins

Well here I go.  Today is the day that I leave for Las Vegas and the Series.  My trip will not be like Comp's.  I am flying and it is but a two hour flight from Amarillo to Sin City.  I leave here at a little after 2 and arrive there a little after 2.  I am nervous and excited at the same time. 

We will get there and go complete the registration, and hopefully get a look at the field tomorrow.  I don't start play until Sunday so maybe seeing the field Saturday will help me to prepare mentally for the rigors that I will face.  And as promised I will be blogging about my experiences, the good the bad and the ugly.  As well you can follow me on Twitter @Chip4aChair.  I will be tweeting about my progress and anything else that seems to jump to mind.
