So long to you Russell Hamilton, poker hates you more than you can know. Wo, wo, wo. God bless you please Russell Hamilton, now its time for your cheating ass to pay. Hey, hey, hey...hey, hey, hey.

"As stated in the Commission's September 29, 2008 public statement, the available evidence shows that Russell Hamilton, an individual previously associated with the eWorld Holdings Group, was primarily responsible for and benefited from the multiple cheating incidences. The vast majority of computer devices and IP addresses used by the cheating accounts were directly associated with Russell Hamilton. The vast majority of the cheating accounts transferred money through Russell Hamilton's player accounts.

The individuals who transferred money, changed usernames or withdrew money from all accounts, all had ties to the eWorld Holdings Group and / or Russell Hamilton. The beneficiaries of these transfers and withdrawals were either Russell Hamilton or individuals who worked directly with Russell Hamilton or the eWorld Holdings Group."

The above is part of the official report from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission regarding the UB cheating scandal. 23 accounts and 117 usernames were associated with the cheating. Obviously, the most damming revelation is the confirmation that Hamilton was the ringleader in this. It was hinted at before and assumed by many, but now it appears to be a reality.

Further potential criminal charges are being pursued but it is unknown what will come out of that. This much is for certain, Russ Hamilton is done with poker on any significant level. I seriously doubt anyone will touch him with a 10 ft pole. I kinda felt that this was coming when Doyle Brunson wouldn't even defend him. I wonder if Barry Greenstein still thinks Russ is innocent?

The report also lists all of the accounts and usernames associated with the cheating scandal, but not any player names. Those names have been released to authorities but not to the general public. That in itself makes me suspicious as to who is on the list. I am not going to speculate but I have a feeling that there might be other players besides Hamilton that this will hurt. The only other reason I could see in not releasing names is that there is a name on there that either UB or Kahnawake does not want released due to their high profile nature. That is purely speculation on my part, but what other reason would there be?

In the meantime, just sit back and watch the fallout as a result of the report. Should be an interesting few weeks.

And here's to you Russell Hamilton, greediness went and kicked your ass..and destroyed your past...

Good luck to you Russell Hamilton, now your legacy has gone away...hey, hey, hey...hey, hey, hey.
