In this week's version of Flashback Friday, we go back to 2010 and the Full Tilt Million Dollar Cash Game.

Sparks fly in this $1.1 million dollar hand with Tom Dwan and Phil Ivey. Tom Dwan has a suited seven and a six and Phil Ivey has an ace and a two off suit.

This is one of those hands with the potential to cost someone a boatload of money. You just don’t know how much.

Very few people could walk away from a hand like this. It could be argued this is why you don’t play hands like this but you know that these guys are going to mix it up.

It certainly makes for great television, especially when you factor in this is the biggest poker hand in television history at the time of filming. Obviously the fact it was televised played a huge role in how this hand was played.

What can you learn about a hand like this? Don’t play it too aggressively if you’re on the bottom end. However, under most circumstances Phil would have had the best hand.

You have to love how he reacted afterwards. His calm cool personality is something we can all learn from.

He didn’t throw a temper tantrum like some players would have. He just looked a bit stunned and regrouped.

Check out the hand in its entirety below.

Come back next Friday when we turn back the clock and look back at poker's past.
