PPA Supports Online Poker - Just Not the Facts
I have never had a tremendous amount of respect for the
Poker Players Alliance. I always have thought they were extremely unorganized and
seemed to have very little value true value to poker
players. Let's not even discuss their Full Tilt Poker connections. Now, they have released a statement regarding statements
made by I.

Full Tilt "Ponzi Scheme" Rantings
Since the US DOJ released their amended complaint on Tuesday
and called Full Tilt a "Ponzi scheme" there has been a ton
of outcry, speculation, rumors, interview, etc from all over
the poker world. Here are a few tidbits that I have been personally
contemplating. Â A few I have expressed, and some I have
not. First, am I really one of the only people that finds it both
ironic and almost hypocritical that the Poker Player's
Alliance is being so vocal during all of this.

Don't Be a Lemming in the Upcoming Election
The Poker Player's Alliance put out a list of 58 candidates
that they support in the upcoming election in November. I
was looking at the list and the candidate they support in my
area is by far one that is not well supported, especially
after his voting record the last two years over major
issues. I don't normally get into politics that much or speak my
mind on it because it is usually a battle of people who
think they cannot be wrong. But in this case, the PPA is
trying to get you to go out and vote on the basis of one
issue.
