Crowd 200x300
We are still averaging 4 eliminations per level as the first 2 levels saw 8 players go. Will the next two levels bring the same? *Fourth Level* Players came back for the third level of the day with the blinds at 100k/200k and antes of 30k. With 19 players left we were waiting on only one more player to be eliminated before a full-field redraw would happen. *Michiel Sijpkens out in 19th* Sijpkens made a climb up the chip counts briefly before finally plummeting down and then out of the tournament.

In relation to Charlie Rivers Poker Lookalikes blog, Facebook recently had Doppelganger week and for those of you who don’t know what that is; DOPPLEGANGER: any double or look-alike of a person. Now I’m not friends with every poker player but I did notice a few funny pics and want to share some hit and misses with you guys. Adam Levy as N’SYNC’s Joey Fatone - MATCH!!! Adamdoppl Jeff Madsen as Brad Pitt - FAIL! He wishes!! madsen fightclub Evelyn Ng as Lucy Liu - WINNER! Though any hot Asain actress would have worked. evelyn evng-liucyliu   Joe Sebok as Monkey? - I guess I can see the resemblance.

Today is Ash Wednesday and the beginning of Lent. The start of which is celebrated by Mardi Gras or Fat Tuesday, giving everyone the opportunity to over indulge in whatever it is they may be giving up for the next 40 days and 40 nights. Poker players tend to overindulge in a lot of things, given the fact that they live on a different schedule than most people and are used to having anything they want at any given time. I asked a few poker players what it was they would give up for 40 days if they had to choose.
