***Scroll down for updates!!*** The final three of the 2011 WSOP November Nine kicks off tonight at 9 p. m. EST on ESPN. Pius Heinz has a huge chip lead over Ben Lamb and Martin Staszko.

We're still at 9 players going into the second break in the November Nine.   Pius Heinz has be far been the biggest surprise in my opinion.   He has skyrocketed to the chip leadership with 49. 95 Million in chips.

The day is here!  Fans are now filing in for the 2011 WSOP November Nine and from all reports, they are already getting rowdy. The November Nine kicks off tomorrow, November 6 at the Rio in Las Vegas.   As during the rest of the 2011 WSOP, I'll be following along all of the action and bringing you blogs and recaps from the event. Remember that the final table will be broadcast on ESPN2 and ESPN3 starting at 3:30 PM tomorrow.  Hole cards will be shown at the completion of each and every hand for the major players involved in the hands.

The World Series of Poker announced on Sunday that the final table of the 2011 WSOP Main Event would be broadcast semi-live and with hole cards. This complements the live coverage that the WSOP provided during the summer on ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPN3. com. While this seemed the next logical step for the November Nine, I still applaud the WSOP for taking this step forward with the final-table broadcast.

The 2011 World Series of Poker Main Event has finally reached the November Nine. I stayed with the coverage until we got to 10 players, but I had to get some sleep so I missed John Hewitt's bustout in 10th place. Regardless, here are your November Nine: *Martin Staszko* - Chip Leader - 40. 17 Million:  Stasko is one of the unknowns at this final table.

Day 3 of the 2011 WSOP is currently underway and the big story doesn't center around one person but the fact that for the first time in WSOP history, the Main Event is actually being broadcast live on ESPN3. com and ESPN 2 television. I followed the coverage earlier in the day on ESPN3. com and at present I am following along on ESPN 2.

Day 2 of the 2011 WSOP Main Event[[sitetree_link,id=597]] is currently underway. The Day 1a and 1c fields combined to make a field of 2,031 players that returned to the Rio earlier today. One of those players that started the day just barely above her initial starting stack was Lisa Hamilton. Since that point, Hamilton has been on a monster tear and is currently sitting with 188,000 in chip at the time I write this blog.

The 2011 WSOP Main Event numbers are finally in. Today's field numbers 2,802 players to bring the final total for the Main Event to 6,865. This is the third largest Main Event in the history of the WSOP. A total of 693 players will receive a payday.

So the 2011 WSOP Main Event is currently in Day 1b and honestly, I don't give a damn about the event oday.   For most of this week until today I have been participating in the annual 4-H Camp I work at yearly, or as I will call it this year, the World Series of Ultimate Uno. What is Ultimate Uno?  You play the same rules as Uno, except for the fact that if you have multiples of a number or special card, you can play them all at the same time.   Also, if you get forced to draw 2 and you have a draw 2 card, you can lay it down and make the next person draw 4.
