19-year-old player QUANTOM47 won a $173,693.20 bad beat jackpot at Ultimate Bet, only nine days after opening his account.
The Ultimate Bet bad beat jackpot had been growing rapidly since November, but was finally paid out when QUANTOM47's quad queens got cracked by RUSTY_1's royal flush in a Texas Hold'em game.
QUANTOM47 could probably take that nasty beat when he realized that it was worth $173,693.20. The winner of the hand, RUSTY_1, received $86,796.20 and another $86,796.20 was distributed between players at the table and other players at Bad Beat Jackpot tables of the same game type and stakes.
