Titan Poker Invites Players to ECOOP II
Last years ECOOP was a great success among players, and already Titan Poker and the iPoker network are rolling out the sequel, ECOOP II to be played in May 2008.
ECOOP, European Championship of Online Poker, is a series of ten online poker tournaments being played out during ten days in end of May, starting on May 23.
Huge guaranteed prize pools
All tournaments feature guaranteed prize pools starting at $100,000. In total, an astonishing $3.5 million in prizes are guaranteed during the ten days of competition, which is a one million dollar increase from last year.
In the ECOOP Main Event, a $1,000 no-limit Holdem contest, the guaranteed prize pool amounts to a pretty stimulating 1.5 million dollars.
To top it all, 72 hours after the Main Event is finished, there'll be a $50,000 freeroll for the 100 top finishers in the ECOOP leader board.
Lots of different poker games
ECOOP includes events played in several popular poker variations: no-limit holdem (5 events), short-handed no-limit holdem, fixed-limit holdem, pot-limit Omaha (2 events) and pot-limit Omaha high-low.
Of course, for all players who don't want to put up the entire buy-in, Titan Poker offers a range of satellites. You'll be able to play satellites to all the ten ECOOP events, with buy-ins starting at $1. Both sit-and-gos and multi-tables are available. Satellites have already started.
Inspired by the WSOP, ECOOP winners also get a golden bracelet on top of the prize money.
Allegedly, even though this is a virtual tournament, the bracelets are said to real.
