The Venetian puts on a poker show on the Las

The Venetian and legendary producer Merv Adelson has put together a poker show set to debut this fall on the Las Vegas strip.

The show will feature a bunch of poker stars, or how about Doyle Brunson, Phil Hellmuth, Daniel Negreanu, Antonio Esfandiari, Phil Laak, Jennifer Harman, Scotty Nguyen, Eli Elezra, Todd Brunson, and Gavin Smith.

The audience will have the chance to participate in the show and a hand held wireless console will enable audience members to join the game and play the "9th hand". The audience members will have the chance to win nice prices including a shot at $1,000,000 for a royal flush. The spectator getting the highest score playing his console will get to join the top amateur and the top pro to play a three handed final table.

The producer Merv Adelson is a former vice president of Time Warner and has produced television series such as Dallas and Falcon Crest. The show is planned to play at the Venetian six days a week at 4pm with a prime time showing on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
