Tournament news - The schedule for WSOP-Europ

This year's World Series of Poker is over, except for the postponed main event final table. Now it's time to get ready for WSOP-Europe, Harrah's Entertainment just released the schedule for this fall.

Last year the WSOPE main event where played in three different venues, but the 2008 event will be played in one and the same place - the Casino at the Empire in London. The Casino at the Empire is run by London Clubs International and will host all four events, beginning with the new £1,500 No-Limit event on September 19.

"We are eagerly anticipating World Series of Poker Europe this year," said Ty Stewart, World Series of Poker Director of Marketing. "We have enhanced the schedule to provide more variety and game play, greatly broadened the worldwide television exposure and have brought the event under one roof to better the player experience for this prestigious and premiere event."

Eight hours of coverage from WSOPE will be aired on ESPN. The increased television coverage will get more top players to participate in the tournament. Several are already said to have confirmed.

Here's this year's WSOPE schedule:

• Sept. 19th - Event #1 - £1,500 - No-Limit Hold'em
• Sept. 22nd - Event #2 - £2,500 - H.O.R.S.E.
• Sept. 24th - Event #3 - £5,000 - Pot Limit Omaha
• Sept. 27th - Event #4 - £10,000 - Main Event
