The High Stakes Poker Lineup is set -

All fans of the best poker TV-show ever are in for a hell of a season. The lineup for the fifth season of "High Stakes Poker" has just been set and it looks like we can expect lots and lots of action.

Debutants this season are the 2008 WSOP main event winner Peter Eastgate and runner up Ivan Demidov. They will be facing a very interesting lineup, among them several of the players that can be found at the highest stakes online. Patrik Antonius, Phil Ivey, Tom "durrr" Dwan, David Benyamine and Ilari "Ziigmund" Sahamies are creating some crazy action online these days. And it will be really interesting to see them across the table from experienced players like Doyle Brunson, Daniel Negreanu, Barry Greenstein and Phil Laak. We sure wouldn't miss it for the world.

To spice things up a bit the minimum buyin has been increased from $100,000 to $200,000. But as you might remember the players were buying in for $500,000 a piece in the end of last season. So maybe, just maybe we'll reach the million dollar mark this time.

The fifth season will be filmed at Golden Nugget casino in Las Vegas Dec 19-21. And yes, the answer is YES - Phil Hellmuth will also be playing.
