Tuesday, Feb 24, 2009 Spring Championship of Online Poker at PokerStars

Each Event in the 2009 SCOOP at PokerStars will feature three tournaments with different buy-ins.

Three different buy-in levels are available for each event: low, medium and high. The Main Event on April 12, for example, will cost either $109, $1,050 or $10,300 to play in. The cheapest tournament in the 2009 Spring Championship of Online Poker has a $5.50 buy-in.

In total, 22 events will be held and $30 million will be guaranteed in prize money in the PokerStars series, which runs from April 2 to April 12. Tons of 2009 SCOOP satellites will of course be available on the site.
