Pros:

- Provides acurate stats
- Will give you a good overall initial understanding of your opponents skill level.
- A must for any sit and go player
- One time fee, you don't have to pay any monthly fee
- Instant Access

Cons:

- Doesn't have an option to view the users results by month or certain period of time.
- Software could be a bit more in depth
- Only supports PartyPoker/EmpirePoker
- Only can provide live stats to 1 table at a time

Additional Information

Imagine you could watch every sit and go ever played on party and store who wins and who loses. Don't you think you'd have a great edge in understanding your opponents. Now thanks to Poker Prophecy you're able to have access to a database full of results from sit and go's and multi table tournaments. This software will help you spot out the fishes that never win but always dump money.

Conclusion:

If you play sit and go's or multi tables on Party Poker then this software is valuable information that will give you an extra edge. Poker is all about getting as much an edge as you can and this software will help you get that extra edge that you need in order to maximize your profits. Search your own name and see how you rank up against all the rest of the players in the database. The $39 initial investment will be well worth it, the website looks pretty amateur and the software is pretty amateur and not really in depth but what it does provide is acurate statistics.

I have had this for a while. It does not update enough stats to be incredibly useful. I feel at times it only records about 25% of the actual sng's played.

lol, i made this review weeks ago. I guess it wasnt excepted. I have also been using poker prophecy for about two weeks. It has improved my winning percentage in sit and go's dramatically. I wish i could use it on Pokerstars.

Poker Prophecy supports Poker Stars as well now. The reason why they might be missing party poker games, is that they're getting some 75% of the games, not all of them. So there's a weak chance that they register more of one's wins than losses ... But it serves the purpose in general - to know who you're playing.

I think this is cheap and should not be used! I think players should have to figure players out on there own.

No doubt this software gives a player a hand up, but at the present time Party Poker has this to say : "The use of certain programs and their websites on the PartyGaming system are blocked outright. These are: WinHoldem, Holdem Memory, PokerBot plus, PokerEdge, Poker Prophecy, Poker Sherlock and PokerBot Pro." Party Poker can indeed identify when and if you are using any of the above programs. FYI

To the last reviewer's comments, PokerProphecy violates the user agreements for almost all online Poker sites. How do I know? PartyPoker sent me a nastygram which basically said they monitor such use and that they detected I was using it...which i was. Threatened to shut down my account.

In addition, I keep meticulous records on my play as all decent players should. I think you'll find, like me, that PokerProphecy completely misses a significant number of tourneys played by all players.
