Love Poker? Well World Poker Tour has launched a new game that is sure to have you glued to the television screen for hours. In this game you start from the ground as a beginner and work your way to the final table to play against the greats. The great thing is all you need is the device and a T.V, The audio and video jack plug directly into your television set.

Practice

World Poker Tour Is the best poker practice item on the market, not only for its competition thorough the Artificial Intellegence but also because on the main screen it gives you a list of hints and tips to help your game, From the poker glossary to how to read your players. Play this game for hours and never lose a cent!

Gameplay

World Poker Tour Offers you a chance to be the best, without leaving your home, You start as a beginner and work your way up by playing in home games and satellites to make your way to the main WPT events that you must place in to earn your points on the tour, The best thing is the game saves a profile for you so you can turn it off and come back later

A.I Factor

The artificial intelligence on this game is simply amazing, When you are a beginner you play what feels like other beginners, then as you move through the circuit the players get more aggressive and will trap you with their bets and bluff you out of the pot, it?s quite interesting. Playing against this A.I will definitely freshen up your poker playing skills and make you a better player.

Multiplayer Mode

The multiplayer mode on this are probably the biggest downside to this came, in fact its my only complaint, On the controller this device offers an lcd screen so when you play your friends you can look on the screen and see your cards, not only are the cards hard to see its also quite boring passing the controller from person to person, after about 10 minutes this was getting quite old.

Graphics

The Graphics are a little cheesy but still I wish some oft the online sites could look as good as this, But you cant really complain with the graphics to much considering the fact that it is a plug and play game, some of the letterings on the tables are hard to read and the music is a little weird, but overall I would have to say they did a good job in programming this game

Conclusion

I highly recommend this game if your into sitting around and playing poker, you can work on your skills and have fun all at the same time, I will give this an 8 on the fun factor scale. The WPT plug and play will cost you around 20.00 so have fun with it!

for 20 bucks its sounds like an o.k deal. But why not just play online on pp or ps for play money? This way you dont have to deal with A.I.
