He is known for his huge swings. And after a disastrous beginning of 2009 Tom 'durrrr' Dwan has managed to win over $3.4 million in high stake cash games online in the last six weeks.
We have seen him in great shape at High Stakes Poker this season, but Tom 'durrrr' Dwan had a couple of very rough months online in the beginning of this year. In January and February the internet wiz kid lost over $4 million at Full Tilt Poker, but it finally seems like the tide has turned. Since the beginning of March durrrr has won over $3.5 million.
So now durrrr is "only" down $450k online so far this year. A remarkable recovery. The durrrr challenge is at full swing and about 12,000 of the 50,000 hands have been played. It is a surprisingly even match, but Patrik Antonius has a small lead of $87k. Antonius is also the biggest winner online this year with over $3.9 million in total winnings. Both combatants seem to be in great shape and hopefully we can expect some great action when the durrrr challenge continues.
