Player dubbeemin defeated almost 5,000 players and won the $500 Main Event of the ninth Full Tilt Online Poker Series, FTOPS IX.
An amazing 4,880 players bought in for $500 each to play the final event of the ninth Full Tilt Online Poker Series. Full Tilt Poker had guaranteed a $2,5 M prize pool and in the end players actually received a small overlay, as 120 more players would have been required to generate the guaranteed prize pool.
Except for $432,400 in cash, first place finisher dubbeemin also wins a gold FTOPS jersey and a coveted avatar that will give him unlimited respect when playing at the site a long time to come.
The Full Tilt Team pros were playing under their real names as usual, and the last one to bust out was Kelly Kim who exited the tournament on 16th place.
