Thursday, May 6, 2010 WSOP Satellites for All Player Types on Bodog

If you're looking for satellites to the World Series of Poker Man Event, and god knows there are quite a few to choose from right now, Bodog's are definitely worth checking out.

The nice thing about Bodog's WSOP satellites is that you can enter them on three different levels depending on how much you're willing to buy in for. The three levels are: cheap, mid-range and fast.

Cheap WSOP satellite: To buy in to the cheap satellite you only have to pay $1 (with no tournament fee.) But to win a place in the Main Event this way you'll have to qualify via the WSOP quarter final, the semi final, and then the big WSOP satellite. It's a long way for sure, but it's still possible to get to the WSOP this way.

Mid-range satellite: If you want to spend $50+$5 on a WSOP satellite, you can enter the Bodog WSOP qualifiers in the semi final. This obviously improves your chances of winning a seat.

Fast satellite: High rollers, who can't be bothered with quarter and semi finals, can join the satellite final right away. This costs $470+$30.

Winners get the $10,000 tournament entry fee plus $2,000 in additional funds for travel and lodging.

You should also check out Poker Junkie's $20,000 WSOP freeroll satellites, which, if we're allowed to say so ourselves, offers great value to the players.
