Ray Bitar Given the Boot as Full Tilt CEO?
According to a post on Wicked Chops
Ray Bitar is out at Full Tilt Poker as the CEO and there is
a good chance that the Alderney Gambling Control Commission
will reinstate Full Tilt Poker's license. If the story from WCP proves to be true, this will be some
of the best news since it was announced that Full Tilt Poker
is in talks to sell controlling interest in the company. WCP made a great point about any new investor not wanting
someone running the company that was indicted by the U.

2011 WSOP $50,000 Poker Player's Championship Day 4 - Hellmuth Cashes
Phil Hellmuth has finally done it. He has cashed in the
$50,000 Poker Player's Championship. With 17 players remaining, Hellmuth was the third short
stack and got into a three way hand with a very
short-stacked Robert Mizrachi. By seventh street, Phil only had a pair of nines, but
Mizrachi had all baby cards and a straight draw.
2011 WSOP Commentary - Is This Really the End for Doyle ?
It is very possible we have seen the end of an era in
tournament poker. Before the beginning of the 2011 WSOP $50,000 Poker Player's

around 7th in chips with 12 players left. He very well may be the first, and ironically the last, man
to ever make the Ladies Event final table in the history of

2011 WSOP $50k Players Championship Day 1 - Anticipation Builds and Will Ivey Play?
The $50,000 Poker Player's Championship kicks off in about 4
hours as the biggest stars in the world are expected to take
their seat in this one. There are a few questions on everyone's minds as the kickoff
of this eventÃÂ approaches. First, how many players will show up?ÃÂ Last year's
field drew 116 players. Many would have guessed going into the 2011
WSOP[[sitetree_link,id=597]] that the number would be lucky
to break 75, but if this series has taught us anything, it
is that the poker economy is resilient.
