Chris Ferguson wins WSOP Circuit Event #2

The second WSOP Circuit event has come to an end and Chris Ferguson, former World Series Champion, won the $10,000 main event.

There were a total of 209 entrants into the tournament that was held at Harrah's Rincon Casino and Resort in San Diego. Ferguson took home $655,220 from the prize pool of $1,985,500 after beating Prahlad Friedman heads-up. Also, Ferguson placed 8th in the WSOP Circuit Main Event in January.

There were a total of eight Texas Hold'em tournaments held at Harrah's from February 20-27, including a Ladies Championship Event that was won by Heather Hafen of Las Vegas, Nevada. The next Circuit Event begins on March 12 at the Rio Las Vegas.
