How does it do this you ask? When you load the software it runs in synch with your Party Poker client and returns information about the people you play against to their database. This is how it is able to collect details on each player. The advantage to you is that it shows you detailed information on your opponents, how many hands they play, how often they fold etc...

Basically, Poker Edge gives you notes on everyone you play against which gives you an edge. This could be seen by many as an unfair advantage. But how accurate is this software? I mean, would you risk your whole stack of chips based on some notes about a player written by a computer program? How much would you trust a program like this?

It could be argued that this software is no different then a sports team anaylsing game footage or reading the scouting report on a team. That's not your own report is it, it's scouts that point out the other teams weaknesses and strengths, so how is this software any different?
